Republican Paul Ryan plans cuts to Social Security

Paul_RyanHouse Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan, R-Wis. will unveil in a few weeks a 2012 budget plan that will include a way to rein in the costs of Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid.

Last year, Ryan released "A Roadmap for America’s Future," which included plans to replace Social Security with private savings accounts and replacing Medicare with vouchers for senior citizens to buy private insurance.

    Before you trash Social Security, can I please have the money back that my employers and myself have paid in since 1949? I realize that the Federal Government put in IOUs to the fund when they rapped it, but all I want is whats MINE.
